  • Calcium sulphate fiber has high whiteness and can replace titanium dioxide and calcium silicate in powder coatings to reduce costs.
  • Calcium Sulphate fiber has stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, and high temperature resistance. The prepared powder polyester coating has a working temperature of 300 ℃, strong adhesion, hardness and good gloss.
  • Excellent dispersion and fluidity , can improve powder film properties and powder fluidity.
  • The raw material of gypsum fiber is food-grade gypsum ore, which does not contain heavy metals and halogens. It is an environmentally friendly material.
  • Scope of application: suitable for white powder coatings with gloss below 85 degrees.
  • Proportion of Fibrous Calcium Sulphate : 3-8% of percentage of grits or grits +fillers.
  • Formula amending and improving advise: Calcium Sulphate can substitutes of Cryolite, Barite, Alumina and Resin powder percentage partially. It just depends on different formulations.
  • Advised methods for blending/pre-blending: Can be mixed with abrasives, fillers. Can be mixed with resins liquid, be appropriate to longer mixing time to ensure blending evenly.
  • Preservation: water-proof, moisture-proof. Use as soon as possible after opening after opening the bag.
